Be advised that on January 22, 2024, the Village of Waynesfield adopted Resolution No. 24-1-1 expressing its intent to sell unneeded, obsolete or unfit for use Village personal property by internet auction. The Village will contract with GovDeals, Inc. for the purpose of disposing of said property through the www.GovDeals.com website. All such property shall be offered for sale pursuant to the Village of Waynesfield’s Online Sales Terms and Conditions and shall be sold on an “As Is, Where Is, and Without Warranty” basis. All items will be available to the public on GovDeals.com for a minimum of ten (10) days.
